Spit-roasted Root Down Farm chicken with crispy potatoes, roasted baby carrots, Little Gems lettuce, and green garlic aïoli

FEBRUARY 10
Italian porchetta:
Becker Lane Farm pork roast cooked in the hearth with grilled Brussels sprouts, chicory salad, and salsa verde

FEBRUARY 17
Bouillabaisse à la Panisse:
Bouillabaisse with local fish and shellfish, wild fennel, and saffron rouille

FEBRUARY 24
Choucroute garnie:
Alsatian choucroute with spit-roasted pork loin, smoky bacon, garlic sausages, and sauerkraut

Three course meal, $135 per person
Wine pairing: $75 per person

We always offer a vegetarian substitution. However, we cannot make any other modifications or changes to our Restaurant menus.
