Grilled Stemple Creek Ranch bavette steak with crispy potatoes, garlicky romano beans, Little Gems lettuce, and sauce béarnaise

Poulet à la broche:
Spit-roasted Root Down Farm chicken with chanterelle mushrooms, roasted pearl onions, glazed carrots, and sauce suprême

September 23
Paella de tinta de calamar:
Traditional Catalan rice cooked over the fire with local fish and shellfish; with Early Girl tomato confit and aïoli

September 30
Cassoulet:
Grilled garlicky sausage and duck confit with fresh shell bean ragoût, pipérade, and mesclun salad

Three course meal, $135 per person
Wine pairing: $75 per person

We always offer a vegetarian substitution. However, we cannot make any other modifications or changes to our Restaurant menus.
